Contribute to a record

A photograph, the words, or both, for one place on Keek.

You are contributing to the record you came from.

The record stays exactly as it is, and the credit for it stays with the body that published it. What you send sits above it in its own block, marked as a visitor contribution, with your name under it if you want your name shown.

Once a record has a photograph and some words, the page locks and the submission stays yours. Send one or the other and the page stays open for what's missing.

One picture, straight off a phone is fine. Keek resizes and strips it before anything is published, so the location in the file never reaches the site.

Three rules, and they are the whole of it

  • No faces, no number plates, no private homes.
  • Something you saw or know, not a rating of the place. Keek prints what is filed, so a recommendation has nowhere here to go.
  • Nothing that is not yours to give. Quoting somebody else's source is fine, reading out somebody else's writing is not.
