A distillery is a place, not a company: the owner above is quoted as the Scotch Whisky Association publishes it, and it is not always the company that holds the licence. This record is on the Association’s visitor map, which is why it is here, and it publishes a website, which is the test for this class: check the distillery own site for tours, opening times and prices, none of which Keek carries. It is not a list of every distillery in Scotland. The website was not published by the Association: it was found by search and the address carries the distillery name. The Association publishes no licence for its map data, so the facts are quoted with credit and the page linked.
